Her AAS in Massage Therapy included over 1000 hour of training in various modalities, allowing her to tailor each session to fit each client’s unique needs. She often combines techniques such as myofascial, deep tissue, orthopedic, sports, and Swedish massage. For more specialized outcomes, she also offers lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy, infant, or geriatric massage. Being well versed in a multitude of techniques, she welcomes clients of all backgrounds, needs, and body types, adjusting her techniques to suit each person.
Cara is accustomed to working towards clients’ long term goals – having worked with chronic pain and trauma patients to improve quality of life and reduce pain, or athletes to enhance performance and recovery – her varied skills can meet your every need, whether long term or acute.
